Installation: Quick and easy to install with the included screw fittings. Firstly, clean the desired wall surface with a cloth to remove any dust or dirt, then using an electric drill, make a single hole in the wall surface. Next, insert the included expansion plug, before screwing the attachment screw into it to secure the hook to the wall. (Note: please test the strength of the hook by firmly pulling down on it, before attempting to hang any personal items).

Clothing and shoes: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for clothing and shoes to minimize the environmental impact. If an item of clothing does not fit, we will provide you with a voucher to order a better size. We recommend giving the original clothing item to a friend to reduce waste.
