Most products in our store have a transit time of 7-10 business days.

In some rare cases, some products may have a transit time of up to 14 business days.

This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, and we don't just want to send out a few orders a day. We collect packages in large quantities and when we reach our minimum threshold, we send them all at once.

Sometimes, your orders can get lost or damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support team, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

We always aim to ensure that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order due to a faultiness or defect, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly, and please attach a photo or video of the faultiness or defect, and we’ll guide you through the process. We respond to emails from Monday to Saturday, usually within 24 hours. Our working hours for email responses are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET on these days.
